The TRSMEDOR is an innovative solution that offers superior sensitivity for analyzing H2S and mercaptans down to 1 ppb, specializing in speciating all mercaptan compounds without the need for cylinder gas, using a permeation tube for calibration instead. This technology is vital for monitoring and controlling H2S concentrations in titanium plant exhaust gas to prevent equipment damage and catalyst poisoning from this flammable and toxic gas. Alongside, the FID GC analytical solution allows for the analysis of VOCs and converts chlorines and fluorides to HCl and HF for analyzing halogenated compounds with an Hx analyzer. The technical solution incorporates automated GC startup aligned with customer supervision to ensure efficient operation. For odorization control, TBM, THT, and MES are used to odorize natural gas, and H2S and mercaptans concentrations are analyzed using Chromatotec®’s H2S MEDOR analyzer, suitable for both safe and hazardous areas.
