Vigi e-nose: Intelligent Online Odor & Pollutant Monitoring

The vigi e-nose is a turnkey solution from Chromatotec for continuous and real-time monitoring of odors, VOCs, and sulfur compounds in industrial and environmental settings. Using autoGC technology, it enables trace-level detection from ppt to ppm, with high repeatability and no drift.

It detects and speciates a wide range of compounds including:

  • Sulfur compounds: H₂S, MeSH, EtSH, DMS, DMDS, DES, SO₂, etc.
  • VOCs: aldehydes, ketones, BTEX, PAHs
  • Amines and ammonia
  • Odor units (EN13725, ASTM E679)
  • Cl₂, CH₄, CO₂, N₂O and more (on request)

Dynamic odor dispersion modeling is supported with 3D mapping and neighborhood concentration reports. The system includes configurable alarms per compound or group, and can trigger local processes (e.g. deodorization, ventilation) via integrated PLC signals.

Compact formats are available as rack-mount (5U), wall box or full shelter. The system is built for rugged environments (indoor or outdoor) and integrates fully with the vigiOdor cloud platform for real-time map-based monitoring and historical analytics.
