Transportable Ultra-compact Trap GC-MS / FID system
The Auto GC-MS C10C40 is a transportable, ultra-compact gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system designed for continuous analysis of light semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) ranging from C10 to C40. This combination of GC and QMS provides a turnkey solution for quantifying and identifying chemicals at low ppt to percentage levels in gases, liquids, and solids.
Key Features:
- Comprehensive Sample Analysis:
- Capable of analyzing gas, liquid, and solid samples, including Bisphenol-A and methyl stearate.
- Validates alkanes up to C40 (boiling point ~522°C).
- Detects PAHs up to C22, including benzo[ghi]perylene (boiling point ~550°C).
- Advanced Technology Integration:
- Equipped with a heated selection valve for GC and an internal cooling system for the mass spectrometer.
- Integrated hydrogen generator (Hydroxychrom USB 4U) and airmoCAL calibration system with permeation tubes.
- Flexible Sampling and Detection:
- Direct air monitoring via injection into the mass spectrometer or using gas chromatography.
- Heated lines for sampling and a flexible injector for liquid or solid analysis.
- Software Control:
- Managed by Vistachrom and VISTAMS software, enabling full traceability, remote monitoring, and injection control.
- Features include archiving of results and chromatograms, setting QC alarms, and data export via MODBUS/4-20 mA / 0-10 V.
Applications:
- Continuous monitoring of SVOCs and PAHs in ambient air, emissions, and industrial environments.
- Analysis of contaminants extracted from solid materials such as plastics (e.g., PET) and industrial oils.
- Quantification of chemicals in gas and liquid samples for environmental monitoring and process control.
