Reliable Formaldehyde Generation with Paraformaldehyde Tubes
CHROMATOTEC has engineered a compact permeation-based calibration system using paraformaldehyde. Advantages over cylinder-based standards:
- Wide and controlled concentration range (ppb to ppm level)
- Predictable output thanks to a temperature-emission relationship modelled by the Antoine equation
- Stable output over 1 year with RSD ~5%
- Fast stabilization (few minutes) for on-site usability
- Certified by DNPH-HPLC (ISO 16000-3) for higher reliability than weight-based certification
