Sample introduction systems

Multiplexer

We propose multiplexers (selection of multichannel samples) adapted to your installation and controlled by our software VISTACHROM.

VISTACHROM can :

  • “Cycle” methods to analyze different ranges on each stream.
  • Transfer data via MODBUS, specific for each stream.

Heated Multiplexing System with Inbuilt Calibration

Heated Multi Streams Selector

The Heated Multi Streams Selector is a high-performance multiplexing system designed for automated sampling from multiple locations (up to 16 sampling points). This system is equipped with an inbuilt calibration module, ensuring reliable and precise measurements across a range of applications.

Key Features:
  • Advanced Sampling Technology:
  • Heated lines and valves to maintain sample integrity by preventing condensation and molecule loss.
  • Purging of non-active lines for faster sampling and contamination avoidance.
  • Flexible Calibration Options:
  • Multipoint calibration using permeation tubes (e.g., Butane, Hexane, Benzene).
  • Integration with certified gas cylinders for cross-validation.
  • Controlled dilution using nitrogen or zero air generators.
  • User-Friendly Software Integration:
  • VISTACHROM® software provides remote control, full traceability, and export options for efficient data management.
  • Displays concentration trends per stream and component.
  • Reliable and Customizable:
  • Configurable for VOCs, sulfur compounds, and other specialized applications.
  • Supports up to 16 sampling streams with automatic or manual mode selection.
Applications:
  • Multi-stream air monitoring for industrial sites.
  • Contaminant analysis in VOC and sulfur detection systems.
  • Calibration and validation of gas sampling networks.
Ordering Information:
  • Model: XXX055

Purge and Trap

Simplified and enhanced headspace sampling system designed to extract representative samples from the liquid phase.

The vaporized sample can be preconcentrated using a trap to achieve quantification at very low concentration levels (ppb and/or ppm). Then, it is injected automatically and in continuous mode into the auto-GC analyzer.
