Light Oxygenated VOCs Analyzer

The airmoOVOC is designed for the analysis of light oxygenated volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in air or pure gas. This instrument uses a 6-port valve with a single sorbent trap and metallic capillary columns, offering a minimum detection level as low as 0.1 ppb in ambient air.

The airmoOVOC uses a 3-phase trap specifically for the analysis of light oxygenated VOCs, including methanol, ethanol, ethylene oxide, acetone, IPA, and acetaldehyde. Miniaturization, sensitivity, mobility, and flexibility are the main features of this device, with all components integrated into a 19’’-rack 5U.

Before final delivery, each analyzer is tested for three weeks by the quality control department to ensure optimal performance.

The Vistachrom software allows users to view and store data on an industrial computer, providing user-friendly utilities to recalculate, calibrate, configure measurements, and export data. The software facilitates the calculation of retention time, area, mass, or concentration profiles.

Applications include:

  • Urban/Non-urban area pollution control
  • Indoor measurements
  • PAMS/CE analysis
  • Out of plant process monitoring
  • Industrial hygiene
  • Fence line monitoring
  • VOC screening in the food and beverage industry

Options:

  • MODBUS / JBUS or MGS1
  • Analog output 4-20 mA or 0-10 V or alarms
  • Automatic validation and calibration
  • 24 V power supply
  • Hydrogen and zero air generators for transportable analyzers
  • Multiple stream selector (2 to 6)
  • Nitrogen generator
