Continuous Natural Gas Measurement
The chromEnergy DC12 is an industrial gas chromatograph designed for continuous analysis and monitoring of C1 to C6+ compounds in natural gas and gaseous fuels using TCD detection. This system offers automated measurements within the ppm or percentage range, making it ideal for applications in the petrochemical, gas transport, and process industries.
Description:
The chromEnergy DC12 operates with a dual GC setup that includes two TCD detectors within a single instrument, managed by a central supervisor equipped with Vistachrom software. The first GC handles N2, C1, C2, and CO2 using a precolumn and Porapack column, while the second GC manages C6+ and various hydrocarbons through a different column setup. The system features automatic sampling with loop injection and backflush capability for efficient column cleaning.
